Building a relationship with readers is an important thing if you want real followers. When you post your image, or add an avatar or give some hints about who you are, you are likely to have people view you as a real person and that is what they want to follow; someone who knows about the topic in which they write and someone that is real.
So the next time you post… add something about yourself or write in first person or just something that will really “speak” to your audience.
